question #1:
alright, so i did a little bit of lifting today, and i noticed that when i lift with my left arm (the bicep whose progress i am concerned about) i feel the lower outside of the arm getting the focus, and a also of that line muscle (i dont know the name but it goes from the bottom of the top half dimpling around the elbow to the top of the bottom half). in fact, i didnt feel it AT ALL in my bicep, and i had to give up from feeling it there
i then rotated my hand totaly around so the palm was facing out, thinking maybe i was accidentally working my forearm, but i felt it in the SAME PLACE and it pissed me off MEGA
question #2
The next is about triceps. i know it is made out of three different ones because of tri, but my anatomy of the muscles is horrible. are there separate ways of targetting the different parts? for instance, would holding aweight slightly differently than a particular exersise demands strength the "wrong" part of the tricep?
The reason im asking, is because the left line part that goes from around the shoulder down to the elbow is bigger than the right arm, except the back part of it (the part you normally see when looking at someone's back) is bigger on my right than left....
