I posted the below earlier today and got some good ideas but have since got a call that a 10cc vial of winn came through also. Just some more info that was requested this morning I have been working out about 20 years missing short periods for some minor injuries. plan on starting in about three months after I feel like I have reached my limit on my pull and squat and do some more research. I guess my question is any ideas on how to stack my gear got some ideas this morning but did not know I was going to get the winn.




Just about 3000 questions, I am 41 5'10' 250 about 24% body fat. I did 2 cyxles of test injectables 20 years ago and plan on getting into some old timers powerlifting/bench pressing. I was able to get my hands on some sus 250 and 10 mg dbol. Any suggestions on how to stack it?? Will I be able to reduce body fat??? 20cc of test 400 10 mg dbol total just to much info for my old mind to try and figure out any help would be appreciated.

I recommend dieting, working out and throwing in extensive cardio, and do not use any AAS, as a starting point

dbol and test & sus are generally not used for cuting (although I have seen guys do cutting cycles with it).

I was in your same boat though and I did a winny oral ornly cycle for 7 weeks and lost about 28 lbs on it. I worked out religiously and I ate 2200 calories per day. 300g protein, 100g carbs and 50g fat (roughly). Diet and exercise caused the weight loss - not the winny.

If I were you I'd hit the gym, skip the gear and drop about 20 or so pounds and then plan for a decent bulking cycle. There are tons of workut options / advice in the workout forum and tons of diet advice below:

Bro thanks for the advice but i am not that concerned about weight loss. I more concerned about pushing weight. As far as hitting the gym I have been doing that for 20 years and know all the routines. Just looking for some type of way to stack my gear and quit placing in the powerlifting comps and winning them.

What do you have gor gear? Sus and T-400? Or just sus?

It really all depends. With that much sus you could run it 1cc E3D or E4D for 8-12 weeks, front load dbol for first 4 weeks at 30-50md ed. Make sure you have PCT on hand (HCG, clomid, AIFM or nolva). The PCT forum sticky has PCT broen down to a science.

if your insisting on using AAS for powerlifting and not bodybuilding purposes then i say get rid of the winny and try to get some halotestin. 20-30mg ed of halo for about 4 weeks max and your strength will be thru the roof

never used halo....so I will not comment on that one...Drol is fucking great for strength though.

i just got me some from a UG lab i have never used drol before but i have used halo and it was great but i was literally seeing my hair fall out when i would put my fingers thru it..lol
