More DC streches

Ive been training DC style for the last 4 weeks, with awsome results. But im looking to change up some of the streches. Can I do the chest strech on an incline bench? Are there anymore streches for the biceps and quads, these are the ones i have the hardest time with.
 
Sure, Perform the incline stretches with chest when you perfrom the incline bench on that day--

As for Biceps, I feel that the one he described (palms on top the bar) and squatting down is the BEST and hardest way to stretch out the bis/forearms, however you can do a one arm version, instead of two..

Quads-- a sissy squat is the way I do mine. grab the corner of a squat rack, put the bar between in your legs and lean backwards while holding the squat rack corner support, and squat down. (at the same time try to squat yourself up, with the calves flexed)
