Moral dilemma....need advice

Long story short, I sent my xbox in to be repaired. Paid via credit card.

Well shortly thereafter Microsoft announces they are extending their warranty and thus all repairs will be free and people who already paid will receive a refund check.

Well my next credit card statement I noticed they took the charge off my account. Cool. I didn't have to pay.

Well yesterday I ALSO receive a check in the mail for the price of the repair. ($140).

It's obviously a mess up on their end. Now I am an honest person so I want to return the check, but at the same time
I AM NOT calling Microsoft, waiting 20 minutes on hold only to speak to Mohammadizabedeb and then get transfered a half dozen times. I get very angry having to call customer support.

What do I do?
 
WTF? It aint the starving childrens fun, it's micro$oft.
Take that $140 and go to applebees.

Honestly it is tempting. My 2 buddies who sent their xbox in for repair each got a BRAND NEW one back.

I got a refurbished one nearly 2 years old back. That royally pissed me off.

You have to call and speak to mohammadizabedeb to return the check...

I wouldn't keep it, Do what you have to do to speak to the right person about returning it....

If you keep it, It'll get back to you, AND You'll feel guilty.... be honest and send it back....


BTW... People who say they will keep it..... You'll get what you deserve in the long run.....
