Monthly update "off" cycle

Just finished a 7 month long cycle recently.

Well it's been over a month since my last sus shot and over 2 weeks since my last fina shot. I am currently weighing in at 230 pounds give or take. I didn't lose any size thank God but I definately feel I lost some quality already to my physique in terms of the "hard" appearance. Still strength is good although my endurance to last has went down. Obviously due to less androgens and decreased blood volume. Hoping some cardio which I wasn't doing will help me there. Not alot though but just a decent amount. Sex drive is still good to go thank God. Didn't crash as all there. Not as high a sex drive but still good. I stopped taking clomid already but I'm continuing with the femera at 2.5mg every third day. I couldn't stand the clomid anymore. Yes I did break out but I was taking in 150mg ed for about a week. Not your usual "elite" way of doing it but I do things my own way based on personal experience and feel. Every month I will bump this back up to let people know how I'm doing just to let people see how it is when "off." Well if not for everyone else at least as a reminder for me too. Not planning on going back on til March or April either so this should be fun. hehehe.

As well I decided to rely on whole foods for my meals and not buy the protein shakes while off. I also decided not to go with the fat burners even just pre-workout as I want everything to be fresh once I start dieting. I do however drink a cup of coffee before I workout and that's it. Hard to believe considering I used to be able to down 3 dymetadrine extreme at a time like it was nothing.

Well, we'll see what happens. Long post I know sorry. Wish me luck bro's. Not that I'll need it cuz I've done this before. What a wait...... :p

For further note I have been eating much better than when I was on(stupid I know I should have been on point this summer) as well and my face has trimmed down considerabely since coming off as well.

This is bullshit. Someone ban him. This isn't good for anyone the board. Mike I think its good you dropped the fat burners....
 
Sounds good son. Once you burn off that little bit of fat you gained while bulking you will look better than you did last year in "your prime" as you put it.
 
Glad to hear all is going well Mike. I just came off a cycle which lasted over 6 months and I hope to keep most of the size I've gained.

And I hear you on those fat burners. You build up a tolerance to them and can take twice the dosage without feeling any effects.
 
Good job man and good luck with your contilual goals. It is amazing how much easier it is to eat "right" when off. I can never stay as disciplined with my diet when on. :D
 
sounds great, but you didn't mention rest. I sure hope you are getting plenty of it, at least 8 hours a night would be great. Good luck!!

Of course. I say 7-9 hours of sleep a night. Overall sets and exercises during my workout has also been reduced to let the body recover sufficiently during this phase as I am not on anabolics anymore.

I am keeping my sets around 12-14 you?

Well actually much less but I'm raising it up again a bit. No more than 8 sets though for chest and triceps. No more than 10 sets for back. Shoulders and biceps I don't do alot of sets either because they get alot of secondary stimulation from other exercises. Legs no more than 8 sets. Yeah I'm a low set kind of guy can you tell. Quality over quantity is what works best for me as I have tried doing much higher sets with less results than I have been getting using less. When I'm on though I do a few more sets though of course.

thats alot of sets for just coming off. Hell I do 2 sets tops for each bodypart now. Not trying to stress the muscle out, just maintain it.
