Monster Delts

Can you give me some sample Delt workouts . I've been training them for a long time and they just don't seem to grow like I'd like them too. I'm open for new excercises/routines. When I work My delts, I usually do Dumbell or Barbell presses (front / or back ), lateral raises, front raises, reverse peck deck, upright rows. Any info is appreciated. Thanks
 
I love Shoulders and the only thing I do that you are missing is:

DB - Arnold Presses
Seated Bent Lateral DB raises
 
I love doing shoulders too. I think me and TOMCAT are the only who voted for them on my fave bodypart poll. LOL :)

I noticed that my delts improved a lot when I started using heavier poundages on my pressing exercises. Also, my rear delts were always a problem area until I started doing heavy T-Bar rows. Rear lat raises alone won't bring them up to par for most people, but they are good to finish them off with.

i love to do em

its just not my lagging bodypart.

i do:
3sets dbell presses
2-3 sets side laterals
2 sets front laterals...sometimes
2 sets rear

done.
