I renewed my platinum membership and it still doesn't have me as a plat member its been a couple months since i renewed, someone please pass this along need to now what has happened i paid now whats up???????????????

That sucks... I find the customer service on this site is lacking.

(Nothing against the mods; they do a great job...but there are some customer service issues)
