What cycle would you recommend for someone who wants to put on about 25 lbs??
my first cycle of dbol and test was only13lbs.
my side effects were minimal. IM 20 and I been training for 2 year now.
I took creatine, protein and andro but it didn't seem to help me much.
I knew it
wasn't my training cause I would definitely notice a strength gain
but when
it came to putting on mass I got nothing. So a couple of months ago
I decided
to do my first cycle. I was 5'8 120lbs when i started. It was 30 mgs a
day of
Paperbol(dbol) and 500mgs a week of test enth. So far i have only put
on
about 13lbs and i started march 12th. I thought with those doses I
would
gain much more mass than that so as of right now im kinda disappointed.
Anyway dude if you have any good cycle recommendations, advice or diet
tips
please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated
thank you

I think if you are having trouble putinmg on weight then you have to look at your diet. If you are geting enough cals and protein then you will gain weight, try to get about 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight and eat as many clean cals as you come shove in to your mouth. As for a cycle you could try this
D-Bol at 30mg/Day for weeks 1-5
Test at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Eq at 400mg/week for weeks 1-12
Clomid starting 3 weeks after your last shot of Eq. Make sure you have some Nolva on hand. as long as your diet and training are right you should have no problem putting on some mass with this cycle. Good Luck!

Everyone always assumes that they train correctly. I've seen guys training for 10 years that don't have a clue. Personal Training certifications also don't mean crap. Guys juicing in my gym can't keep their heels down while squating or even come close to parralel.

You state 2 years of experience but from the post I doubt you really know what you're doing. Pick up some issues of Powerlifting USA or other strength mags (non-bodybuilding). You can learn a lot. I'm still learning and I've trained with some great lifters over the years.

I agree with Mustang....The diet definately comes into play while trying to put on quality size, You cannot rely on the gear, you have to eat properly.

Also, there is ALWAYS something to learn about training, in fact I assume that I am training incorrectly which prompts me to evaluate my form and excersise selection. Find someone who does powerlifting moves and work with them for a while. Always switch your routine, and don't train yourself into the ground, you have to have ample time to rest or you will not grow.

I hope this helps
