Looking for input and opinions on a sane (don't tell me to do a gram of gear a week) cycle to add 10-15 lbs that'll hang around after the cycle as I may never do another . Stats are as follows:
Training:13 yrs all drug-free
Height , Weight : 5'9" 190lbs approx 9-10% bf ( very small bone structure ,subject to joint pains)
Goals : I'm looking to gain and keep 10-15 lean lbs over 8 weeks . Would obviously like to keep sides to a minimum . Would also like any cycle where injections are only once a week or so . Much thanks to any and all who help .
