George had a post a few weeks back on this substance. I have been taking it now for a couple of weeks for a medically prescribed reason. I started taking 100 mg a day to assess tolerance and am now up to 200 mg, where I'll stay. It definately improves my focus and alertness but I'm not sure it improves workout intensity or anything like that. I have noticed that my cardio sessions have been a little better, but lifting is pretty much the same. I used to rely heavily on ECAs to get my intensity up, and now I don't have to use them, so that's good. This is not a magic pill by any means, but I am definately going to stay on it.
