I would like to know why Oceano should be considered for mod (which he shouldn't) when he obviously
a) doesn't lift right now
b) doesn't plan to lift
c) doesn't listen to people in his own threads
and d) doesn't know that much about weight training.
I repeat my earlier statement Al420 and Blutwump for mod. BiggT would be awesome, but I doubt he has the time. AB would be cool, as would Illuminati, and G5. Please, stick to people that KNOW about weightlifting through experience, not morons that think they know everything.

You see, I'm not the normal train three times a week sorta guy. If I train I do it every day and at full 120% intensity.
Now, I'm sure this isn't good for my follicles. But if I limit my sessions to 30 minutes I'd be able to get the benefits without the cortisol being released. However, I'm still concerned about the DHT...
