I'd like some feedback from some experienced peeps, do ya think it makes any difference when you take m1t (for exapmple I'm just doing the 5mg for the first week) . I mean other than not taking it in the evening because it might keep you up at night, other than that would it matter if you take it first thing in the morning, or should you take it before or after training, what are the thoughts here?
Also, when I do bump up to the 10mgs in the second week, do ya think it matters if i take the two 5mgs at the same time or split it during the day?
