Family function and I promised my yummy casserole

so here it goes thought i'd share something other than bitching with you guys


freshly chopped up yellow and orange peppers, garlic and chopped onions sauteed' in butter.

added in chopped tomato's, fresh sage, chopped green onions seasoning

in comes the Nacho Cheese, Creme of Mushroom and Creme of shrimp to cook for a tad bit

my baby girl helping mom cook it up... and of course make a mess.. hee hee

Multi Grain Rotini all boiled and ready

Ender don't feck with me I'm armed and ready

Add in the crawfish.. ya i know it doesn't look all that yummy just yet.

mix together with the Rotini add in my secret sauce

put in a casserole dish and cover with Fiesta shredded cheese and bake.......
mmm mmm good.

LOL!! It's funny how parents view their kids so differently. I feel the same way about my kids but then I always get great compliments on how polite they are or well behaved they are.
