I'm 28. My schedule is 2 hours circuit training 1 hour lifting and 1 hour plus of cardio on top of the circuit training. My bf% percentage sucks I can't seem to cut lean weight even though I'm on a good diet. I've read my body type is what they call a mesomorphe or as I see it chunky

wow, with all that training, I would think that you would be atleast "kinda" on the leaner side. Whats your diet like? Maybe a cleaner diet will help your goals?
 
Diet! Maybe before the big match you can throw in some Halo for a few days so you can guarantee you'll beat the piss out of your opponent lol.
I hear NPP, EQ, and Anavar are good for MMA.
 
dont take those if you are going to be tested in the next year or so...
