:)Hi guys and girls,

I want to get some opinions off of you but please bear in mind that my goals are different to the majority of you.

I want to add some lean muscle, drop body fat and not reduce my cardio capabilities aswell as increase my stregnth.

Im 30 years old and have a healthy well balanced diet. Training MMA 5 x per week and lifts 2 x per week.

Im thinking of .......

300 mgs per week test prop
300 mgs per week primo

total 8 - 10 weeks.

what ya reckon????
 
You don't think the igf-1 response would do really well for improving his skill as well as strength?? :confused:

Bro.. w/ all due respect HGH is not going to improve his skill at all! Only time in will improve his skill! As I teach jits at an mma club here in Canada. ( we have 6 fighters in King of the Cage in Nov.) I can assure on ly time will improve his skills.

HGH is a big commitment as well... You're not talking about a 10 wk gig here either..

First of all, we don't kow this fellows age, how long he's been lifting diet, weight or anything about him. Only after knowing these things could we even begin to offer some creditable advice.

Is a cycle right for him? Maybe. But more info is needed..

Maybe throw in some hgh and Anavar and you'd be a badass.

Anabolics do not make you a bad ass. Ive seen plenty of roided out guys who got the living shit beat out of them in mma.

To be a bad ass in mma you need skills in all aspects of the game,wrestling,bjj,judo,muaythai,boxing,just to name a few.

You also need speed,strength,conditioning,mental toughness,and heart.

Alot of anabolics are actually horrible for mma fighters.

But some can aid in strength and recovery wich is why most use them. But make you a bad ass? Never!

True statements.

If you have skill and are a decent athlete than there are some compounds that can help, but you have to be careful about getting caught or putting on too much size....you'll jump up a weight class.
