mixing supplements

is there any risk of mixing too many (5) supplements at once? can they cause any health issues? I will be taking tribulus, red yeast, omegas, probiotics and multi v, I wonder if they can create any counterproductive reaction, thank you.

There is no problem mixing supplements together. I often do the same thing.

In fact, taking things like omegas and probiotics with your supplements will actually INCREASE absorption because they will increase digestion efficiency.

It is perfectly fine to mix supplements, because each has its own benefits for our bodies, so it is in fact a good thing. In the worst of the cases your stomach may have trouble handling so many pills and caps, but that can be easily dealt with by spacing out throughout the day all of your supplements.
