I wouldnt take em @ the same time bro..take em @ least 30 min apart
slin in the AM and post workout...GH 2-4X daily
remember
Insulin is hypo glycemic- GH is hyperglycemic
Insulin is fat storing- GH is fat releasing
Insulin promotes the repair and cellular uptake of half the aminos acids needed for repair and growth- GH promotes uptake of the other half
Slin increased T4 conversion to T3- Gh decreases liver conversion of T4-T3
I would say that since insulin stops the fat burning effects of GH the better choice is GH first and a fast acting insulin 30-60 min later
of course t-3 suppmentation helps ALOT too....and it would appear a massive synergy would appear if IGF-1 was layerd in as well
Wouldn't insulin attach to IGF-1 binding proteins normal found in the circulatory system? Kind of like "jumpin' on the gernade" thus promoting IGFs uptake and increasing anabolism? I don't remember where or which journal I read about this, maybe it was just some Endocrinolgist theory?

naw you are exactly right bro
Slin and Igf-1 stimulate each others receptor sites when plasma levels are supraphysiological. GH converts to IGF-1 in the liver, and stimulates the release of IGF-1 in muscle cells. Stacking GH and slin obviously result in a great deal of IGF-1 receptor site activity.
synergy baby...synergy
