Mixing proteins

I mix soy and whey and I have read pros and cons for the use of Soy protein. I think I am getting good results on this mix. However, just to be on the safe side. I will replace it with casein once I run out of it.
 
soy-similar BCAA's to whey, and more glutamine, cheaper , and possible test booster and estrogen inhibitor. also low GI
caienate-promotes higher cholesterol and i think triglycerides in blood.
whey-to high glycemic except post workout

why

why back off soy? estrogen-like plant hormones is not human estrogen...

put forth a study done on humans that shows soy increases estrogen production, else keep the anti-soy stuff to yourselves.
