well I mixed some in a syringe and it looks like oil and water. you know all bubbley. I thought I heard you can do this but I guess not.

Yes it is fine to mix. Sometimes it helps cut down on the pain from the prop. Didn't for me though.

what! don't listen to the above guys. OBVIOUSLY, they don't know s##t about mixing oil and water together. That, my friend is an infection waiting to happen! When you mix oil and water together, the oil will TRAP some water beneath itself and an infection will start to culminate into a nasty visit to the emergency room. Even though, bact water is sterile, there are still things that can cause an infection to grow. Water based solutions are made that way so that they can absorb quickly into your bloodstream unlike oil solutions which can take anywhere from 1 - 15 days for full absorption. Pins are a penny a piece so take my advice, PLEASE, and don't listen to the above bros and just inject in a different location. I cannot believe anyone in their right mind would say that 'it's okay'...UGH.. research, research and RESEARCH GUYS.. before giving advice..

ya oil and water are a no no, so shoot ur prop then hit the same spot a bit higher with ur b12 and u will be ok shoot together and u will get an abcess i swear be safe and shit do no listen to those above my godddddd.

I Used to do it , i would pull the plunger back enough to shake & mix it then shoot i decided its wasn't worth it playing russian roulette!
Besides B12 will be more rapidly absorbed by the body with no oil in the way!

So Water + Oil =no no no!
