Especially deca. Stevesmi, when I was younger feller. A guy that took me under his wing with some others told me this. I was amazed at how well it worked when I was far enough along when they let me try it. I was also amazed at how many people did not know this. This was the same guy that taught me priorities and how it was pretty sad when I was all pissed off when I had to miss a workout to goto my step daughters Christmas play at school. He has since moved on, but your post reminded me of him and what he meant. Silly, maybe, but important stuff.
