Mixing 5000iu hcg without 10ml vial

Guys is it possible to mix hcg directly into the jar it comes in? I received my 5000iu hcg today and realized I don't have anymore 10ml vials left.

I know I wouldn't be able to fit 5ml of water in there, just curious if I can fit let's say 3, then would I just dose it less, or it doesn't work that way?

As long as you do the math for accurate dosing it shouldn't be a problem.
