Mixed messages with PCT

From what I have been reading, most of you are using Nolva, and Clom as your PCT. Well, I was reading through the Newbie sticky thread at the top of this forum (yes, I know, you may be suprised that someone may have read that far down in the post) But this is what it said in regaurds to Nolva:

Nolvadex: This works in the same manner as Clomid, but not nearly so well with regard to reversing inhibition. It is better to use this only as an anti-gyno/antibloating agent, if at all. If Clomid is used, there is no need for Nolvadex.

Now that says to me that you only need one or the other, but not both.
I also read in "Why Billy has Breasts" pg. 7 regaurding Nolva "If combined with clomid, 10-20 mg are sufficient."

Can anyone explain this ?

I would love to know myselfe cause I am trying to get my PCT perfect myselfe....

I want to get going soon but want everything in order first....It's like looking at a new hot rod in your driveway but you have no racing fuel to start it .....lol

Dont over think things. Just keep it simple. Do 3 weeks of hcg and nolva and then continue the nolva for another 3 weeks or you could switch over to clomid. Personal preference choice there.

And i believe what there saying is that 20mgs of nolva is sufficient if you do 50mgs of clomid also. Otherwise you should do a lil more nolvadex.

Either way dont put too much thought into it. Just keep it simple.

Week 1-3 1500ius of hcg M/W/F with 20mgs nolvadex
Week 4-6 20mgs of nolvadex

Week 1-3 1000ius hcg M/W/F
Week 1-3 20mgs nolvadex ed
week 4 100mgs clomid ed
week 5-6 50mgs clomid ed

Week 1-3 1000ius hcg M/W/F with 20mg nolvadex
Week 4 40mgs nolvadex with 50mgs clomid ed
Week 5-6 20mgs nolvadex ed with 50mgs clomid ed

Those are just some variations. And all will work. And dont worry about timing. Just start this when your cycle is over. Important thing is to just get it in. Guys try and time there first hcg shot just perfect after there last shot of juice and thats just too much thinking for me.lol..............and we could even throw in 20mgs of aromasin for the first 3 weeks of those pct or .25mgs liquidex if you felt it necessary. The hcg and nolva or clomid is a must tho.
