Missed my shots because of travelling

I'm taking Test E 250 2x week.

My last shot at 250 was last thur a week ago.

Should I just continue with 250 for my injection today? Or should I up the dosage a bit?

Adding more at this point won't help you. All you need to do is just continue as normal. Test E has a very long half life.
