Missed my Wed workout

Ok -- so I missed my leg workout on Wednesday -- should I make up for it on saturday -- or push my thur and fri workout back one day and do legs today? which makes more sense?
 
what your split like?

u could do legs now( today)

depends on your split though..

Personally id do legs today cuz its would possibly mess up the next week (scheduling)
 
on your split missing a day would be of no harm

you could even just throw in some leg presses and calf raise on the next upper body day just to keep the legs primed for next time
 
yeah thats basically hwat im going to have to do since I couldnt go today -- ima throw it in with my "thursday" workout on friday -- 2 days in a row I am missing -- this sucks and I feel like $hit.... im gettin cardio today still at least..
 
I would push the workouts back. If you go with the saturday option, I would do less volume so you can heal before the next leg workout on wednesday.
