Just curious what methods you guys use. I've tried slow, I'm slammed it fast. Sometimes I just have a painful spot no matter what (right now I have two...= slight limp when I go from sitting to walking), and I wanted to know what you guys suggest to minimize this. I know the type of compound makes a difference, but I had like a full week w/o a single sore spot, and now they are all sore. Help me be comfortable!
