minimizing fat gain during a bulking cycle

ey, how is CLA compared to r-ala? I have absolutely no idea what even r-ala is, or if i can get it in norway - which i doubt.

As for minimizing fat gain.
-Avoid simple carbs, except PWO
-Avoid saturated/transfats ...consume plenty of healthy fats --
peanut butter, flax seed oil, fish oil caps, etc.
-Only eat about 500 calories above maintence,
 
Do not eat over 500 over your maintainence. That is 125 grams of protien, that your body will be using to rebuild muscle. 125g of protein equals to about 4 ounces of muscle per day. I dont think many of us can add 4 ounces of muscle a day, unless on heavy gear.
