minimize bloat

from what ive read and researched taking a 500 mg wk test e, and 30mg ed of dbol is going to cause bloat. now if i take nolva ed 20mg this will help reduce bloat. am i correct with that info or did i get some bad info, i know some bloat will happen i just dont wanna look like grand pa after thanksgiving meal... thanks in adv.

Both of them alone can cause bloat, Personaly I don't like D-Bols alot of Water weight..But Get some Armidex or Liquidex and that will help

Nolva is not what you need to fight bloat. It simply binds into receptors at the glands in your breasts.

I've had decent results with anastrozole to control bloat from test and d-bol. However, I've been out of the loop for quite a while. Now that I've poped back on the board for a bit, it seems that anastrozole dosen't help with bloat anymore!

It does sound like people are having good results with AIFM, I'd give that a try.

AIFM or aromasin. Dex is typically too weak (except for those that really dont need an AI and could "get away" without one) (letro is an option but it on the other hand is often too strong)

Aromasin works well for me. Liquidex seems to work as well, but it does not seem as strong. Works differently for everyone.

Dex works for me as well. I am going to be trying aromasin soon though.
