Could you translate this for me?

For myself when my balls are clanging I like to do volume training. Pick something that is a multi joint exercise like squats or clean and press. DO a set of eight to ten reps with a weight that will not allow you to do more. Then rest until your breathing in under control. Then do another set. Rest until your breathing is under control and so on. DO this for an hour. You might have to drop the reps by one or so but don't wimp out on it.

The first time I did this with squats I couldn't get off the toilet the next morning. I had to fall forward to my knees and crawl out to the other room where I could help myself stand with the aid of the counter.

I'm sure that giant sets do pretty much the same thing. It will put hair on your chest and meat on your bones.

Giant sets are good to shock the body every now and then but doin them all the time would prob not be the best thing.
the pros you are talking about only do this type of training pre-contest for its cardio effect and it def helps bring out mad detail, but all those guys train heavy straight sets in the off season
