hey guys,i was wondering if its ok to drink skim milk like at almost every meal,I know it is a caseinete protien,so it releases slowly.also is it a complete protien for buliding muscle or is it missing some of the amino acids

Depending on your goals, I personally think lactose is the worst thing for you. The sugars are not needed, and can be replaced, plus most people bloat from milk or dairy due to the inability to digest lactose properly. It all depends on the person, if I was dieting down I would stay away from milk.
