Ive heard varying opinions on when to take Milk Thistle ,some say during cycle ,others say with pct. Your opinions would be helpful guys

milk thisle helps with liver toxicity by using orals. Unless you're takign orals, you dnt needs milk thisle...

I do realise that they are primarily for orals but every bit of help I can give my body no matter how small it is ,is worth doing. At the end of the day ,aas is toxic to our bodies and anything to help filter it is good!! But thanks for the advice Alcatraz.

while milk thistle has been recomended for use with liver stressors, scientific studys dont support its effectiveness. latest meta-study (study of studys) on milk thistle concludes no benefit could be established and side effects could not be ruled out.
