Did anyone find that milk thistle caused them acne when taking it off cycle?

NO. Milk Thistle has nothing to do with the skin, it's all about the liver. Think about what else you were using.

I was using minocin (100mg), B5 (12g), Milk thistle, Multivitamin, Biotin.

If you're comming off a cycle, then its more of a hormonal imbalance.

Depending on the person, a slight case of acne from excess estrogen may be possible. I don't have this problem, so I can't speak from experience.

did you stop tanning maybe?

recently had laser surgery on my eyes and was told not to tan for 2 weeks, I noticed a bit acne

now that I tan its gone, maybe its from something else.

actually I have been in the sun for 10 hours a day all during this time. The minute I stopped the milk thistles everything went away and I am now perfectly clear on my face. I back is a whole different story though.
