How much is a good dosage? With or without food? Morning, day or night? Thanks!

500-1000mg ED. Doesn't matter when you take it. I usually take mine at lunch with food.

FYI most of the studies I have read have not shown any conclusive proof it is good for your liver while taking orals. I still take it though.

i usually took 400-800mg ED. Morning, Lunch & With dinner, but i dont think it matters when you take it.
