Milk Protein Isolate question

Is Milk Protein Isolate the same thing as dry nonfat, non-instant, carb-free milk powder?

Because i can't find carb-free, nonfat, non-instant, milk powder anywhere. Where can i get it? Thanks.

Same thing. There are only 3 macronutrients of note in milk. Or most foods for that matter. Fat, protein, and carbohydrate. Isolate the protein and you have taken out the carbs and fat. No carbs means carb-free. No fat means nonfat.

Those websites are great for the states, not sure about russia.

nah....i have milk isolate from those sites....my question is....if it tastes like milk?...........because milk powder turns white in water and has a distinct flavor............i want that but without the fats and carbs......im asking if the milk isolate turns white and has that flavor just like regular milk powder? thanks.

You aren't going to find a millk isolate that tastes like milk powder. That fats and carbs are responsible for the flavour in milk, and this taste has yet to be accurately simulated using sweeteners.

well how bout taste like skim milk........hood's carb countdown tastes like milk....actaully not that well, but its aight....im not looking for extreme milk taste......just any carb free, fat free milk powder will have just enough flavor.......some stevia and erythritol to replce the lactose
