mild shoulder tendinosis

i stop lifting for two months to heal my shoulder and it still bothers a little. i got a MRI and for reasons i dont wanna get into i couldnt really see my doctor for a while, but he was able to fax me his report on the MRI.. basically it said i had no tears and that most of my shoulder was unremarkable. It did say that i had mild tendenosis. so my ? is can i still work out if im willing to deal with the pain without further injuring my shoulder(tearing it)?
 
start doing some rotator cuff exercises 3-4 times per week before workout. this will give you some strength to those tendons
 
I've been having the same problem. I was advised to do some rotator cuff exercises. I wouldn't go to heavy, with tendon injuries if it hurts it's not good. Don't try top work through it. Look up some tendon strengthenig exercises and techniques.
