Just read a small tid-bit in my local newspaper, reads
Mike Mentzer whos competetive career ended in 1980
when beat at the 1980 Mr OLympia by none other than
Arnold Scwarzennegger was found dead in his Los Angeles home last Sunday, cause of death not disclosed
until coroners report. Any body out there hear more?
Reply with what youve heard, and by the way what a sad loss, im sure there are many proponents of the
HEAVY DUTY style of training he so strongly advocated.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to any survivers and freinds etc.
