mid cycle plateau

when you wake up after 4 hours eat, or at least chug a shake. i do this on purpose all the time.
 
i m sleeping for 4 h straight because i wake up in the middle of the night full of energy , i pop an allergy pill to go back to sleep, but on average i do get my 10 h at least throughout the day. , my cycle is exactly 6 weeks by the way , and i dont drink, not even off cycle.


so bottom line is eat more food. dropping the weight gainer. done and done.

good to hear but in the future I would definately consider another steroid.

you are full of energy cause of the tren, so obviously drop the tren if its too much to handle.

I would drop the Tren now for that and plus you aren't getting results anyway. keep the test going 2 more weeks.. and do a solid PCT... then start planning a 3rd cycle.

and next time dedicate 50-100 bucks a day on quality food. instead of cheap sizzler steak, go with grassfed bison for example.. instead of mac and cheese, make some flax pasta... plenty of veggies/fruits.. and for your protein load up on powders and bars to go along with your quality lean meats. a lot of the younger dudes cant afford to eat well and waste their cycles, i see it all the time.
 
too much energy is amazing, just had to figure out a way to go back to sleep. mid night shake and an allergy pill took care of the job , plus i get a mid day nap for 2h after the gym.
so here s my latest diet. everything s home cooked

oatmeal with milk.
4 whole eggs 2 slices whole wheat toast, orange juice.
shake
10 ounce steak with mashed potatoes
chicken in the oven and whole wheat rice
shake
meat with baked potatoes and whole wheat rice
tuna corn lettuce tomatoes salad.
shake

I changed my training routine thought, i was doing high weights 5 to 8 reps now i m doing 6 to 10 reps, felt my chest was going to blow up.
weight s going back up 2 more pounds.
