mid cycle plateau

hey guys,

i ve been on tren and test p for 3 weeks now, the first 2 weeks i gained around 5 pounds and was full of energy all the time. now i just finished my third week and it seems like i ve hit a plateau , I cant lift heavier weights and my weight is the same.been eating allot around 250gr of protein and 350 of carbs a day

i m not sure if thats the cause but i started experiencing some side effects of tren in my 3rd week like night sweats , cant sleep more then 4h straight , and extreme skin dryness (yes i m drinking allot of water). so i m guessing my body is trying to normalize its self and thats why i couldnt train well.

my other theory is that i m overtraining, i m working out monday chest, wednesday back legs, friday shoulders. tuesday and thursdays abs and cardio.
my session don"t go over an hour though.

please give me some feedback.
 
I cant stop eating.

yesterday as an example:
4 whole eggs in the morning, orange juice, 2 whole wheat toast
weight gainer, 1000 calories 80gr protein 100gr carbs.
around 300 gr of red meat for lunch with mashed potatoes,
lettuce tuna and corn salad
4 home made burgers( i make the meat myself with no fat), with half a brown bun each .
another shake at night before i go to sleep. 1000 cal.

i dont think my diet is an issue.

What is your age and stats?
Okay, found it 25, 170lbs, 5'6".

When do you workout during the day?

I'm affraid you haven't started eating.

It may not be your diet, but I think it is.

1) Drop all the weight gainer crap. You need real food. You need to try to eat 7-8 times a day on tren/test. You need to be constantly EATING, not drinking weight gainers. Whole foods that are slower to digest and contain the full spectrum of nutrients. You're body can't process all that weight gainer crap at once.
2) You need more healthy fats!!!
3) MORE Protein. 2g per lb bodyweight dude.
4) MORE Carbs, CLEAN carbs, spread out over the day.
 
k first off no need to even read the rest of your post.

you are taking a very potent steroid, one that will build you up like crazy, but has one of the worst side effects of any steroid. you are only 25, WHY would you destroy your body like this at your age?

are you aware of the sides of tren? it should not be taken for more then 6 weeks and that is for VERY experienced juicers. i would STOP the tren immediately... you can continue the prop..

that will solve your issues. and the fact that you ONLY gained 5 pounds on tren means like you said you are either eating poorly or not getting sleep. I would say your SLEEP is very poor.. 4 hours ???? and i thought my 7 or 8 hours was bad.. how can the muscles recover? also are you consuming any alcohol as that will make it impossible for your body to recover.

again TREN is very potent and tough on the liver AND kidneys, there is a reason for this, look it up and see why. you should of never taken it to begin with but take this as a lesson learned and just throw the stuff away and stick with something like deca or eq which is much easier with the sides. as appealing as gaining fast is, the bottom line is your body doesn't seem to like the stuff very much and its telling you in its own way lol

and I also hope you have a damn good PCT lined up as those 5 pounds you gained will quickly dissapear and you might even end up losing weight without a good PCT.

i m sleeping for 4 h straight because i wake up in the middle of the night full of energy , i pop an allergy pill to go back to sleep, but on average i do get my 10 h at least throughout the day. , my cycle is exactly 6 weeks by the way , and i dont drink, not even off cycle.


so bottom line is eat more food. dropping the weight gainer. done and done.
 
Eat every 2-3 hours, get protein in your every 2-3 hours!

Plan out a diet with your macros and post it here if you want advice on it.
