mid cycle hcg dosing amount and time?

Just wondering what the standard dosing is usually for doing hcg mid cycle. how many iu's and how often.

This is what I am going to do, 500iu hcg ED/6 days mid cycle

I had asked this same question here several weeks ago, I was told 250-500iu's 2 X week.

I run 500 iu twice a week for the duration of the cycle. Keep those boys pumped up at all times
