Mid cycle blood test. Fasted or no?

Mid cycle blood test!

Just ordered my mid cycle blood test.
Question, I was going to go after work to get my blood taking, however it says to do it fasted, think I should wait to go in the morning or will it not make that big of a difference if I have had 2-3 meals in me?
If it matters any, I am just taking 400mg of test C.

The reason for fasted bloodwork is primarily when testing for blood suger levels, which you really dont need to do if your just checking E and T levels

That's what I was thinking too.. I mean not being fasted wouldn't affect your LH or FSH or kidney and liver enzymes right?
