alrighty this is day 1 of training and day 1 or pegulated mgf..current dose is as follow



m-su -jin hgh 3 i.u ed
m&th -mgf 200 mcg

back to training did 25 min or cardio on the tread mill @ 4.5 mph early morn on empty stomach
hiiting the weights later on..light weight low reps to try and get used to it ill give all my specs after i take them.

i'm gonna bump this up for you, because i'm currently researching MGF and would like some more information on it (not to hi-jack your thread or anything:)). I was contemplating running it along with IGF during PCT.

MGF doses, types of cycling, length of cycles, and any other MGF info would be great fellas...thanks in advance....:coffee:

no problem man... i was told by my personal friend who runs a few body building boards to run 200 mcg twice a week

anyways had.. a decent chest and tri work out not trying to kill myself but did alright... currently weigh in at 267.4 with clothes..went back on the tred mill for another 20 [email protected] pumps were decent dont think that its kicked in yet though.

6'1 1/2 at 267.4 lbs

goal 225lbs ripped
 
today woke up decently soar,guess thats what i get for not hitting the gym in months,kinda feel like i have a pump still in my chest.today is going to be light legs and cardio.feel great though.
 
i am in the gym now.i know i got it free from a close personal friend who runs another board. i am guinnie pig for a few of my friends.
 
sorry guys had computer problems

day 2
was 1/2 hour of cardio in the am on an empty stomach
1/2 hour of cardio in the pm

day 3
1/2 hour cardio in the am
1/2 hour of cardio in the pm and a good leg work out pumps are good feeling good so far.

day 4 HAPPY THANKS GIVING day off
 
day 5- 1/2 hour on tredmill @4.5 mph when i woke up on an empty stomach
 
day 5 again back at the gym!

45 min cardio tredmill @ 4.5 then back and shoulders hard!

stepped on a scale was gonna wait a full week but kept hearing people say "did you lose weight" and yes i did!! started at 267.4 now at 260.8 not bad over 6 lbs in 5 days!
 
day 6

treadmill 45 min 4.5mph on an empty stomach

was going to go back today but due to holiday hours they closed early.
 
just under 16% when i started dont know now wanna get down to the 8-9% range

DAY 7 cardio in the am on an empty stomach 45 min at 4.5 mph

cardio in the pm 45 min at 4.5 mph
worked ot traps strenght is good went up to 495 for 12 (with good form i might add) and held on the last for 20 sec never had a pump so good! i am loving it right now

stepd on a scale and in 1 week i went from 267.4 to 256.8 almost 11 lbs!
