mg Dosage for D-bol...

It seems you are set on a stacked cycle. I would still reccommend doing a test only cycle for you first, but since you are set on stacking, you probably will do that.

As for the cycle you have suggested, I would drop the proviron all together. It doesnt seem to have an extra benefits over any of the other orals you have chosen (besides a small amount of estrogen blockage). Dbol is pretty much the opposite of winstrol/anavar. Dbol is more of a mass builder and winstol/anavar are more lean mass/cutting orals. I think you should make a decision between them. Figure out if you want to do a bulk cycle or a lean mass/cutting cycle.
 
dbol only cycle is great. You can add 20lbs on cycle in 6-8 weeks and keep half if you PCT, eat right, and train right. Dbol can you terrible pumps when training so if it is for sports it may not be a great cycle for ya.

I am all about all oral cycles if kept under 8 wks max at a low dose.

Dbol is often taken at 50mg/day by most. Some have had great gains on 25-30 of dbol with less painful pumps. at least in my experience.

If you are gunna run it for 8 weeks stick to a lower dose. My personal rule of thumb is no more than 50/day for 6 weeks which is a total of 2100mg. if you are gunna go longer then adjust your daily dose to meet that total mg dose. This is not science but just personal preference.


I just re-read at 21 you are too young in my book. People still grow naturally at 21 by leaps and bounds.

I know alot of peeps who use these two on bulking cycles. Winny yes is veiwed as a cutter but it is also a bulker. Var yes it is great for hardening the muscles but the strength you get can help you out in a bulking cycle to go heavy. Provi allows for more free test to circulate in the system. Provi is very very mild and would be a great add on.
 
Pat McCrotch, Yes you are correct, anything can be used to do either bulking or cutting depending on DIET. I was simply stating the normal uses for those compounds. As for the proviron, I personally didnt see that much of an added benefit when I ran it. Although I never went over 50mg ED. It just seemed a bit pricey for minimal results.

All in all, he should set up a planned cycle of very few compounds for a first cycle and have everything on hand before starting.
 
Sheez -- did I read correct you are 260 at 16% all natural at 21 -- thats big bro --

What are your goals for your cycle bro? do you want to gain mass? strength ?
 
Pat McCrotch is pretty dead on. And since tis is your first cycle, you won't have to use 35 mg aday, 20-25 would be plenty to bulk you up.

Sports is the reason he should not use dbol. The leg pumps will be too much to handle. I think we are forgetting about the original post here.

I figured that it was his offseason. Tryin to get bigger and stronger for next year.

Thanks for the good info...

Pat McCrotch...I realize I am 21, but I have plateaued for a long time now; changed my diet, my workout schedule, even my basic supplements as well as sleep patterns, but nothing seems to work. Let me repeat I am taking LOW doses and seeing how it goes; one at a time...I dont want any negative effects believe me.

This is my offseason, so the leg pumps arent THAT big of a deal, even though I dont want to be completely layed out...small dosage hopefully means less of that...and Im experimenting because I do want to gain a little bulk and cut some fat....

batmaniac - ya thats what I am right now, weighed in at 263 today...16% bf as of 4/21....been told by many that im built for lifting...hopefully trying to get to a "lean" 275-280...

Thanks again for all the great advice guys its really appreciated; hell you guys probably saved me from a lot of stupid mistakes.
