I was planning on making a trip down to the border near Laredo, TX. for the first time. Let me know of any experiences that you have had there. or what I should watch out for

And also if anyone knows if they are open on weekends.

Dude, if you are white, they are open. I have never gone for gear, but have gone for xanax, valium., and rehypenol. They used to let you bring that back, but I am not sure about gear. It is a long road from San Antonio to Loredo, best to have cruise control and set it at or 5mph above speed limit.DON'T PUSH IT.

My car got disected there one time. I didn't have anything though. If you're gonna go anywhere, go to TJ. WAY more fun & WAY WAY more places to shop for "stuff".

my friend was coming back from there, and they did a routine check. but an hour or two later they were pulled over for no reason and the cop asked if he could check their car, so watch out
