I found this interesting, some of which, I have seen people post on here and never really believed it. But it must be true>>

A new bill was recently passed by Congress that amends a portion of the Controlled Substances Act (21USC956(a)). This amendment allows a United States resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controlled medication without a valid prescription at an international land border.

Hang on...How many Mexican Steroids are FDA approved? This law is true BUT the drug as to be FDA approved. You can bring in Mex Vet gear or MEx gear that is not FDA approved adn it CAN NOT be a mexican version of an FDA approved drug. That eliminates probably everything that you would want to bring back.

From what I understand, Mexico has a lot of US manuf. drugs. All you need is a script from a US doctor and the pharmacy will fill it. Now, if you do not have a script from US, then you can get a script in Mexico.

Note: I have been told that you can bring HGH (human growth hormone) across without any problems and you do not pay duties on it since it is made in the US (Eli Lilly Humatrope). I guess the law states you can bring back as much as your prescription says, so if you get a script in Mexico for a FDA or US manuf. drug, then they have to let it across in the quantities on the script. That means if your Mexico doc presribes depo-test at 200mg/ml twice a week for 20 weeks, then they must let you bring 4 vials of test across. Now, what is really funny is that The law that I stated above in my original post means you can have 50 dosage units without a presciption. I suppose they really mean 50 ml when it comes to depo-test vials which would mean you can bring 10 vials across?? Interesting.

As far as "FDA approved", I always thought that it had to be for 1. human use--no vet drugs are approved in the USA for human use. Amd 2. Officially on the list of FDA approved mediacations. In other words, being that sust 250 is human grade, but not(in that compound) apporoved by the USFDA, that you would NOT then be alloted any exeption to the controlled substances act. If it were PT 250 though, Sten, or Testoprim-D, or even Halo, that should qualify as ok.

Atomic Punk is correct. It must be on the FDA approved list. Depo-test is FDA approved - so is Eli Lilly Humatrope HGH.

This is true.

In Acuna,MX(TX) you can claim the 50dosage unit amount and not get into any trouble. I have done it and so did 4 other friends of mine at the same time. The Customs agents just give you shit about it and then let you go. That's why we always carry the Customs policy from their site with us.

Some let you, some don't just gotta know where.
