Mexican Diet Drugs!!!

Hey all. I'm going down to tj pretty soon with my girlfriend. I'm gonna get some of the usual steroids, but my girlfriend needs some diet drugs to help her lose a lot of extra weight.

What is the best/most effective diet drugs available in mexico?

Also, she's on phentermine right now, and it hasn't really done much for her. I've posted this question before, and most people said not to take xenical, so that's off the list.
What about meridia?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Clen is not a good option for her. You see, she's not trying to lose a little bf, or to trim down, she's looking to lose a large amount of wieght she put on since she got pregnant. Now she's on depo-provera and even though she eats fairly clean and takes phentermine, she's not losing any wieght. I think she needs something stronger than clen. Maybe meridia?

Anyone with any experience with meridia or any other effective weight loss pill.
