My info about powerlifting has been built up in layers, ive had to unlearn alot of crap that i learned before, and in some cases relearn stuff later on.
Im looking at the MM approach to benching, and it looks like mad overtraining to me.
I dont know very much about how these are structured, does anyone have a link to some articles?
what adjustments need to be made to outfit it for a drug free lifter, who wont be equiped, outside of a belt and some knee wraps for his next few comps
