Metabolic rate

Hey Gang,

I asked this question in the diet section but got no replies. Was hoping I could get some help from this area.

I've been doing some research for my diet and came acrossed some information that I need some verification on.

Any truth to this statement?

Breakfast is the meal that establishes your metabolic rate for the rest of the day.

If so, should I eat more for breakfast or less? I am also not sure what I should eat at breakfast.

Not sure how how true that is, but I do know that you're body will burn what you eat for breakfast faster than any other meal (besides maybe a post workout meal)
This is because you have basically fasted all night and your body will utilize those nutrients as fast as possible.

As far as your breakfast is concerned, it depends on what you goal is.

Glad to see that you're not relying on juice to bring your bf% down. I see a lot of people on here in the same situation you're in asking what steroid they can take to get ripped.

Don't know if you're already doing this or not, but you eat 6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 regular meals. High in protein, keep the fat in take normal, and greatly decrease the carbs.......decrease, not eliminate. This will also raise your metabolism. Remember to hit the cardio hard.

Good luck

Eat less, move more. It's that simple. Don't overthink this, just eat a lot less and walk away from every meal thinking you could still have another bite, combine this with moderate exercise and you'll loose fat quite quick. So again keep it simple in the beginning.
