Metabolic diet on cycle?

Trying to put together the best diet for my 10 week cycle. I’ve been looking into the Metabolic diet, high protein, high fatty acids and low carbs. My goal is to put on as much muscle mass as possible with gaining as little fat as possible while on cycle. Hopefully even loose fat.
As of now my planned diet looks like this:
300grams protein - chicken, tuna, egg whites and pork
50-100grams carbs - oatmeal, wheat bread (no carbs after 11am)
Fatty acids from - fish oil, olive oil, Peanut butter, almonds and seeds
Total calories = 3000 - 3500
Age- 23
Height- 5’10”
Weight - 205
BF%- aprox 20%
Cycle consists of 500mg test weekly, 400iu pregnyl every 4-5days
Post cycle - Clomid and Nolvadex
What do you guys think? Any advice would be great!

First I would not start a cycle untill your bf is down to at least 15% as you wont see as much results as if you had less bf to start with. Secondly your diet aim for the 40percent protein 30 percent fat and 30 percent carbs. So that saying 40 percent of your calories should be from protein, 30 from carb and 30 from fat.

Third I would recommend that you spilt the test shots up into 2 every 3 days at 250 each shot. Also you have no armotose inhibitor, i would have one on hand incase you need it, its always better that have it and not need it then to not have it and need it.

Stay away from the clomid. Look into a pct consiting of hcgenerate, PCT/and unleashed.

It will drop quickly if you eat healthy, work hard and do some cardio. You don't have to go out and run 5 miles. Do some interval training sprinting from 800 meters take 2 mins off, sprint 400m one min off, sprint 200m 30 sec off and then 100m.

i have been doing some telephone pole sprints. sprint 1 lenght jog 2. sprint 2 jog 1 ect. ect. i've already dropped 45lbs in the past 5 months. i got down to about 20% and i stopped dropping. guess i just need to kick the training into high gear. i've been thinking about tossing in the p90x plyometrics 2x a week.

Judging by your diet and total calorie intake, your getting approx half your calories from fats?
Oh and don't forget steady cardio in the morning. :)
To cut BF, increase your carbs to around 200.

yes. the diet calls for 30-40% pro, 50-60% fatty acids and 30-40 grams of carbs, durring the week. carb loading on wekends.
you think 20min of cardio a day would cut it...? i hate cardio haha

20 mins of fasted cardio in the morning a few times a week would be good. I hate cardio also until I started cycling and jumping rope you just gotta find something that doesnt seem like a task. Goodluck!

If your at 20%, 40-50 mins. of fasted steady state cardio. 4 times a week should work wonders. Assuming your diet is on point :)
