I work in a high class club in new orleans, while working a couple of months back, the WCW was in town at this time, to my surprise Sean O'Hare and Chuck Palumbo walk in. Two of the most chill guys ive ever met in my life. Similar to the bro on the board who met Triple H, i talked to Chuck Palumbo about training. He saw i had a bruise on my shoulder from a bad winny injection he gladly started offering info on the best cycles he had ever done. His favorite ripped cycle was the Winny, Primo, Eq stack. He says if this doesnt get you ripped then you just cant get ripped. He told me that just about all the wrestlers in the WCW do some type of juice, with the exception of the light wrestlers who do acrobatics. The funniest thing that he told me was that he hates sustanon, he claims its the trashiest juice ever made, i dont know why he claims this, but i guess its his opinion. The other thing he said was that he only trains 3 times a week for 1 hour. How the fuck do you get that big training only 3 hours a week i sure as hell want to know.
