messed up skull crusher form

god damn it....today i videoed myself doing incline skull crushers and i saw that my elbows were flared alot. I know my form didn't change so that means i have been using this shit form all along. what a waste, i was so pissed the whole workout.

Just thought i would vent to my fellow elite about it

I have to flare my elbows otherwise it kills my joints. Just the way everything lines up I guess.

VERY common mistake. I'd say 90% of guys I see doing skulls do them that way. Try reverse grip. It's cheat proof.
