messed up my injection schedule ?

I'm on week 9 of Test E/EQ cycle, I've been injecting on Sunday 11am/Wednesday 11pm. I know this is so stupid, but I thought today was Wednesday, so I did my injection (basically did it on Tuesday 11 pm). I know test E is a long ester but not sure how bad I messed up?

Just do ur next pin on Sunday per your plan and you'll be fine.

I would probably be doing weekly injections for test e and eq but twice a week is fine. Some swear by twice weekly pins but its a got a pretty long half life so i wouldn't sweat it if you're off by one or even a few days.
